We take a proactive approach to leasing, ensuring the best experience for both tenants and owners. We’re looking for a Leasing Consultant to join our team and focus exclusively on leasing.
What You'll Do:
- Manage leads in Rent Manager, and Tenant Turner to schedule showings and follow up with potential tenants.
- Post and update listings across all platforms, ensuring accuracy and visibility.
- Schedule and coordinate professional photography and cleaning services for rental units.
- Conduct property tours (in person and virtual) and highlight key features of available units.
- Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and text to secure leases efficiently.
- Screen applicants and assist in processing applications.
- Draft and execute lease agreements while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate move-in dates and ensure a smooth leasing process for new tenants.
- Maintain accurate records of leasing activity and occupancy status in Rent Manager.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote available units and adjust strategies based on market demand.
Who You Are:
✔ Experienced in leasing (preferably in property management) and confident learning/using Rent Manager,and Tenant Turner.
✔ A strong communicator who can build rapport with prospective tenants.
✔ Detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple leads at once.
✔ Self-motivated with a proactive approach to filling vacancies.
✔ Tech-savvy and comfortable with leasing software and CRM tools.
✔ Highly organized and able to manage listings, scheduling, and follow-ups efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
