Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the engineering department.
- Supervise and mentor team members.
- Ensure projects meet customer needs and safety standards.
- Manage project schedules and coordinate with other departments.
- Maintain quality and safety standards.
- Provide conceptual designs and lifecycle support.
- Work with Sales and customers on solutions and troubleshooting.
- Oversee installations and provide field support.
- Drive process improvements and cost reductions.
- Ensure proficiency with engineering tools and software.
Qualifications:
- Proven engineering management experience (510 years).
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks, FEA, etc.
- Knowledge of safety standards (ANSI/SIA, OSHA, NEC, etc.).
- Excellent problemsolving and communication skills.
