Job Brief
We are the largest manufacturer and direct retailer of Hot Tubs and Swim Spas in the US. Located in the Johnson City, TN area, we manufacture and sell golf carts, accessories, and tanning beds alongside our water products. We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated, creative, and organized individual to join our growing team as Marketing Content Manager. This dynamic role will require someone who loves to collaborate and develop incredible campaigns, promotions, and content for social media, web, email, print, and video.
This role will require skill and passion in numerous areas of content development including but not limited to : copywriting, creative asset development, strategy, blog content, video, static visuals, SEO, analytics, print, and storytelling. This individual will also need to be incredibly customer-centric, having a positive attitude while always keeping the company, customers, and perception in focus.
You will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and developing a campaign / content calendar for multiple brands, driving campaign / promotion ideation, providing recommendations for new and emerging social trends, and working with our customer service and sales departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and managing email and print campaigns using various platforms to drive traffic, increase engagement, and build industry-leading brand awareness.
This role will report directly to the VP of Marketing and may have additional tasks and duties assigned that fit within the scope of the role.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver consistent content, campaigns, and promotions across Social, Web, Email, and Print.
- Use social media tools to craft and release relevant and updated content across our organic social channels.
- Analyze the company’s campaign and organic social strategies to make frequent suggestions for improvement.
- Stay up to date with new and emerging trends in social, branding, and customer engagement methods.
- Thrive in the art of copywriting, storytelling, and creative development.
- Create and maintain content and campaign calendars, tracking progress and ensuring milestones are met.
- Oversee all organic social media accounts' design and content creation.
- Monitor SEO, SEM, Social, Email, and Web traffic metrics.
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness.
- Open to other duties and responsibilities that fall within the scope of the role.
