Job Overview
As a Developer, you will be responsible for documenting, maintaining, developing and supporting applications and data to support ongoing business activities and new initiatives; in addition to acting as a liaison between the technical and business units in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs.
The successful candidate will posses
- 4 years hands on experience as a developer
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment 3 days a week
- High school diploma or G.E.D equivalent (required) and an associate’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience (preferred)
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle process and Agile development
- Fast learning aptitude with new technologies and the ability to rapidly implement them
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Solid foundation for understanding Information Architecture principles and code design frameworks
- A self-motivated mindset with a passion for both technology and fulfilling business needs
- Ability to work independently and proactively under minimal supervision
- General understanding of database design and UI/UX design
- Working knowledge of the following technical elements: Frontend: React (Javascript). Experience working with a component library like Material UI, CSS / SCSS. Backend: Serverless (Typescript), SQL (MySQL or Postgres). DevOps: Github or other Git version control, AWS infrastructure, particularly Lambda, Cloudformation, EC2 and RDS, CircleCI, Github Actions or some other CI/CD tool, Docker or other experience working with containers
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- Base Salary for this position is between $90,000 and $104,000 based on experience
- All Employee Bonus up to $2000
