LPKF Laser & Electronics is a highly regarded market leader for rapid prototyping tools in the electronics industry for over 45 years with thousands of systems installed worldwide. We are looking for an accounting clerk to work in our Tualatin office.
Job Responsibilities :
- A / R activities : Process and record customer payments accurately, timely follow-up on overdue accounts and maintaining up-to-date records
- Assist with A / P activities : Process incoming invoices, verify financial data, and post transactions to ensure accurate accounting records. Provide backup support for weekly payment scheduling and processing
- Accurately code and enter supplier invoices into the accounting system, ensuring correct allocation of costs. Verify the accuracy of invoice details before posting
- File Management : Maintain and organize A / R and A / P files—ensuring up-to-date tracking of current and paid invoices, and performing year-end archiving procedures
- Assist in reviewing and processing employee expense reports, ensuring adherence to company policies. Assist with the approval workflow for timely reimbursements
- Provide backup assistance to the staff accountant / accounting manager for day-to-day accounting tasks and offer support for miscellaneous office projects as needed
