LPL Financial is seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Functions Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for corporate function roles across multiple levels of the organization-from entry-level to VP positions. The ideal candidate will be a strategic talent partner, leveraging direct sourcing strategies and consultative advisory skills to attract top talent.
- This position is based out of our Fort Mill, SC office, with an expectation to be in the office three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday ).

Pay Range :
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
