LPL Financial is seeking a Vice President within LPL’s Product Management, one of the most visible departments in our organization. As a trusted business partner, you will drive outcomes, lead cross-functional teams, drive strategy and contribute to the deep and thoughtful analysis that enables our leadership team to make informed decisions in our Advisory Investment Management platforms, focusing on advisor experience, operational efficiency, model management, money manager integration, trading platforms, and related technology and vendor solutions.
To be successful in this role, the candidate should have strong understanding of complexities in how financial professionals run their practice with focus on advisory business, centralized portfolio management teams operations, UMA account structures and interactions between parties involved in account management, detailed understanding of model and portfolio construction, and investment management administration. Having a consulting mindset and good understanding of the financial services and the regulatory environment we operate, as well as Agile software development and management is critical. The candidate needs to lead interactions with customers, business leads, cross-functional teams internally and external business partners to drive key outcomes in support of our strategy.
Responsibilities :
- Work closely with business, internal operations, vendors, and technical partners to align goals and priorities, providing vision for PI events and backlog management, and delivering on project commitments.
- Assist in the management of strategic initiatives through the establishment and ongoing leadership of a program governance structure that ensures stakeholder engagement and efficient program and product execution.
- Collaborate across the firm to maintain alignment on vision, strategy, and performance to goals, approaching strategy with an entrepreneurial mindset, leveraging critical thinking to increase the value proposition of assigned products and programs.
- Drive decision-making for the business and demonstrate persistence in raising issues to the proper levels for attention and driving transparency at all levels surrounding program execution.
- Develop roadmaps, plans and metrics that communicate progress, risks, issues and approach to execution that support continuous learning and improve outcomes. Sets a high bar for results through repeatable, scalable processes.
- Create best-in-class reports and prepare presentations related to LPL’s strategic plays and growth initiatives that are SVP , C-Suite, and Board ready.

Pay Range :
145,200-$242,000 / year Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
