- Manage the front desk by greeting visitors and answering incoming calls
- Coordinate and manage calendars, appointments, and meetings
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems for records and documents
- Assist in time management by organizing and scheduling appointments
- Utilize Microsoft Office to create and update spreadsheets, documents, and presentations
- Provide general office support including ordering supplies and organizing office layout
- Assist with personal assistant tasks for executive as needed
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Support clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing
- Proofread documents for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors
*Skills*
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines promptly
- Previous experience in an office setting or as a personal assistant is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently at times
