Responsible for executing existing processes and performing data analysis to identify trends and opportunities to make platform and process improvements and reduce operational risk. Responsibilities :
Use data to identify trends and opportunities to make platform and process improvements and reduce operational risk
Define and monitor Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
Prepare internal and external data sets, reports and benchmark data using a range of available sources
Triage, analyze, and resolve service issues and service recoveries
Work with squads and production support functions to drive root cause analysis and mitigate issues across a range of topics.
Collaborate with technology and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions for business problems
Reduce overall risk for the product by recognizing areas of exposure and recommending and implementing controls to mitigate them

Requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field preferred
3-5 years’ experience in financial services preferable in sales and / or client service / relationship management
Core Competencies :
Outstanding analytical, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving capabilities including synthesizing findings and developing practical and realistic recommendations
Strong communication skills and proven ability to discuss and present ideas to colleagues and business partners to influence decision making
Strong project management skills with ability to take ownership of a business issue, lead triage and resolution discussions with a sense of urgency, communicate client and participant impact to Legal, Risk, Compliance and appropriate business partners and see resolution of issue through to completion
Experience building visualizations to drive strategic business decision making, and empower teams with self-service analytics
Expertise with enforcing and documenting existing processes, along with identifying new ones to improve efficiency.
Experience with CRM, workflow and data visualization systems such as Salesforce, Tableau, G-Suite / Smart-Sheet, and Power BI
Ability to identify trends and opportunities allowing the team to make platform improvements and reduce operational risk
Flexibility to manage multiple projects and reprioritize in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated, able to take initiative and achieve strong results in an environment where collaboration is required
Preferences :
FINRA Series 7, 63, 65 (or 66)
Knowledge of client segment, organization, product, industry and end customer
Demonstrated knowledge of RIA products and services
Ability to effectively analyze situations, applying solutions to achieve resolution
Ability to identify and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders
Project & Process management experience preferred

Pay Range :
77,000.00 - $128,300.00Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
