Job Overview :
The Financial Analyst in FP&A will play a highly visible role on the Corporate FP&A team supporting Capital Management and Cash Flow Forecasting. You will be responsible for creating analyses, financial models, management reporting, robust forecasts, and ultimately supporting recommendations that help business and finance executives make informed decisions and improve profitability. The ideal candidate has a combination of strong business acumen, corporate finance knowledge, and communication skills.
Responsibilities :
Cash Flow Forecasting and Analytics
Support and continuously improve LPL’s firm-wide cash flow forecasting model and processes
Partner with Treasury to analyze the impacts of capital structure changes, M&A, cash available for new investment, and returning capital to shareholders
Executive Presentations
Create of accurate, compelling, and effective high-level presentations for the CFO to drive capital allocation and long-term strategic decisions across the firm
Support our quarterly earnings preparation process

Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Economics (or a related quantitative discipline)
1-3 years of experience in financial analysis, including variance analysis, budget planning, forecasting and development of business analytics
Experience building financial models and effectively communicating analysis to support business decision making
We Value
Prior roles in FP&A, Treasury / Capital Management, Investment Banking / M&A, Consulting, Accounting, or Finance Rotational Programs
Experience in the Financial Services industry
Excellent attention to detail and demonstrated ability to effectively communicate analysis to support business decisions
Ability to construct dynamic and robust financial models that are purpose-built and adaptable allowing for quick adjustments
Self-starters who dependable, can work independently, and run with asks that come with little initial direction
Focus on continuous improvement in all financial related processes
