Job Overview :
The Analyst, Data Analytics will support the development and oversight of processes and tools that drive efficiency across a variety of roles within Business Strategy and Growth (BSG). This individual will gather and use data insights to help drive related business decisions within BSG at all levels. The right candidate will be adept at answering business questions with data, developing models that serve business needs, and striving for constant process improvement. Strong communication, analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills are needed, along with the ability to be flexible, effectively prioritize, and multi-task.
Responsibilities :
Develop and maintain sales reporting; provide expert level consulting to identify and support BSG’s reporting and data needs. Develop, own, and optimize Business Development reports (e.g. Scorecards, Dashboards, etc.) to drive meaningful business results
Lead the interpretation of data to identify significant differences, relationships, and trends in data
Identify key data sources—extract data from various databases including Salesforce.com and Discoveryco.com, ensuring the right data points are being used. Understand the different sources and how their data can be used for different applications, including campaigns, recruiter activity, and performance management
Advance the use of complex analytical techniques and statistical thinking across Business Development
Evaluate reporting to identify areas for process improvement and / or automation
Develop new workflows to improve data collection & accuracy

Requirements :
2 years’ experience with Python
1 years' experience with Tableau
Highly proficient with Excel (Vlookup, Pivot Tables, Formatting, Data Validation, Filtering)
Experience with Excel Macros
Preferences :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Info Systems or similar preferred
Experience with Salesforce and / or Power BI is a plus
Experience with process improvement & automation is preferred
Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise way; strong analytical skills coupled with strong verbal and written communication
Ability to manage multiple initiatives at once in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Pay Range :
31.62-$52.70 / hourActual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
