What are the responsibilities and job description for the AVP, Regional Administrative Manager position at LPL Financial?
The Regional Administrative Manager will be responsible for leading our acquired Large Enterprise Branch Office Support Staff for the LPL Advisor Networks Affiliation Model.
The Regional Administrative Manager will provide support to teams that could including but not limited to, direct management of Client Service Associates, Office & Operations Managers, and other Support Staff. You will collaborate with various business partners to support the ongoing expansion of our national Advisor Networks footprint.
Strong knowledge and breadth of experience in financial services with background across both W2 and 1099 advisor models will help this candidate initiate and execute program initiatives.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a strong branch operations background and proven ability to lead work efforts across multiple internal organizations.
Responsibilities :
Could include directly manage Operations Manager, Client Service Associates, Office Managers and Support Staff for acquired Large Enterprise
Facilitate staff meetings, manage team schedules including PTO requests, adherence to schedule and capacity planning.
Support individual associate career development plans and goals by providing meaningful feedback real-time and during monthly meetings.
Strong ability to empower and motivate employees through ambiguity and organizational change.
Foster a culture of coaching, learning and development with a strong emphasis on the Advisor experience.
Lead performance management conversations and pay-for-performance compensation decisions.
Advocate and implement initiatives to understand key operational initiatives, their impact on business volumes and develop continuity and contingency strategy.
Lead branch office administrative projects and initiatives for our IAN teams.
Drive programmatic improvements for individual and collaborate workflow efficiencies.
Contribute to the development of our hiring strategy to successfully identify, attract, onboard, and retain top tier talent.
Assess evolving advisor needs and drive continuous operational improvement of the Independent Advisor Network Model
Enhance and oversee Support Staff training programs through constructive feedback, prioritizing skill advancement and career progression.

3 years brokerage / financial services industry knowledge
Strong people management and leadership skills.
Strong client focus, excellent verbal, and written communication skills and extremely organized
Experience working with Financial Advisors, Branch and Home Office support teams.
Experience collaborating with and leading individuals across functional areas.
Demonstrated ability to establish productive relationships and interact effectively with business partners at all levels.

Pay Range :
96,200.00 - $160,300.00Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
