Director of Digital Transformation and Ops Consulting
Oversee digital transformation and operational efficiency initiatives to improve technology understanding and drive business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough customer needs assessments through interviews, market research, and competitive analysis.
- Develop and maintain expertise on customer needs and lead multi-faceted feedback loops for continuous product/service improvement.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to research, propose, pilot, and launch new digital products/services using innovative and agile methods.
- Source and evaluate the latest technologies and tools, while maintaining professional/technical knowledge through conferences, networking, and community participation.
- Define product development roadmaps, key features, and manage development cycles with clear schedules, deliverables, and milestones.
- Establish metrics to measure product success and identify necessary enhancements.
- Collaborate with IT partners to identify, recommend, and implement new technologies, including requirements, functional specs, epics, and features.
- Refine key attributes of offerings, including business case, pricing, economics, and operating models.
- Clearly articulate and pitch Technology Consulting strategy and product vision to senior executives, internal partners, and prospects.
- Evaluate and enhance existing customer satisfaction.
- Establish product portfolio vision and lay groundwork for execution.
- Own and execute projects, meeting deadlines with minimal oversight, and tracking/communicating project timelines, status, milestones, and blockers.
- Lead ops/efficiency consulting initiatives to optimize platform performance and streamline processes.
- Implement best practices for operational efficiency/effectiveness across the platform.
