Institution Services Managed Affiliation, Admin Solutions Manager

As part of LPL’s Institution Services Managed Affiliation team within the Field Management Team, the Admin Solutions Manager will be the front line leader. You will provide daily support and guidance to a team of Admin Solutions Consultants while managing relationships with advisors and our internal partners. Knowledge of LPL, leadership qualities, adaptability, and comfort with change and ambiguity will be key success factors for this position. The group is staffed by experienced team members that are well versed in advisor support and operations. The manager is responsible for the team's performance, advisor satisfaction as well as maintaining a successful relationship with all internal partners.

• Coordinate with Linsco partners on requirements and enhancements
• Until further notice, manage admin capacity allocation and pairing requests

Pay Range :

76,700.00 - $127,800.00Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
