Strategic Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of instructional designers, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and professional growth.
- Set clear goals and expectations for instructional design projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational priorities.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and instructional design methodologies to continuously enhance training effectiveness.
- Partner with senior leadership, stakeholders, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify learning needs and shape training strategies.
