What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager - Unaligned Client Support Team position at LPL Financial?
Job Overview :
The Manager of the Unaligned Client Support team will be responsible for leading a team of employees and contingent workers who will serve as the first point of contact for clients who are not currently working with a financial advisor. Initial team priority will be the collection of missing CIP information from the Prudential unaligned client population through mailings and outbound call campaigns. You will be responsible for motivating your team members in a manner consistent with LPL Financials values.
Responsibilities :
- Provide strategic leadership while staying tactically close to the day-to-day operations of the team
- Serve as a point of escalation to assist with resolution of client complaints and serve as a back up to phone queues in times of heavy volume
- Conduct team meeting to provide updates and to provide the team a forum to address questions and / or concerns
- Train, develop, and mentor a team through coaching, rewards & recognition, and by providing developmental opportunities
- Administrative management duties : track attendance, timecard approvals, interviews, review time off requests, etc.
- Track and report on team’s KPIs and remediation progress
- Coordinate with internal business partners as needed, such as for coordinating the resignation & closure of accounts missing CIP after remediation period.

64,800-$108,000 / yearActual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
