Job Overview :
The Analyst, Procurement and Vendor Management role is part of LPL’s Corporate Real Estate team, supporting our Corporate real estate team. As part of this team, you will have the opportunity to directly live out LPL’s mission : We take care of our advisors, so they can take care of their clients.
Your primary focus will be on procurement and vendor management support for the project management team.
Responsibilities :
Work with internal and external partners to efficiently handle vendor contracts and invoices through our Ariba system
Completes all required paperwork for the BPO / PO process including RAE, SOW, Coding Matrix, Architectural and Contractor Agreements, New Vendor Onboarding.
Follow up with the vendors and team throughout the PO process for appropriate signatures.
Partner with functional leads, internal stakeholders, and third party vendors to actively manage execution, and monitor project milestones; including site selection, transaction management, project management, procurement, and accounts payable
Serve as an internal data steward for proposals, PO’s / BPO’s, invoicing and billing related to project management and transaction management
Interface with staff of recently acquired or upcoming practices to gather more in-depth vendor due diligence information
Partner closely with Strategic Sourcing & Procurement team on project management, ensuring that they have what they need to execute on the short-term and long-term approaches for each vendor

Requirements :
3 years' experience with procurement
Core Competencies :
Knowledge of Ariba software system
Ability to balance and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Experience working on a project team and meeting project timelines with competing priorities
Proficiency with MS Office especially Excel
Excellent organization and communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Preferences :
Experience in corporate or commercial real estate
Bachelor’s Degree

63,225-$105,375 / yearActual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
