We are seeking a dynamic and creative marketing and communications professional to join the Client Success Engagement team. This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual who will play a crucial role in elevating our business unit’s internal and external marketing and communications, ensuring consistent messaging, and engaging our target audiences.

Responsibilities :
Serve as the right hand to the Client Success Engagement Vice President (VP) in successful execution of marketing and communication strategies.
Own end-to-end delivery of initiatives that align with our business unit’s objectives; responsible for tactical execution needs, including creative development, set up, branding, approvals, data management, etc., ensuring deliverables are implemented effectively, efficiently, and on time. Leverage LPL’s tools and resources. Manage respective execution calendars.
Coordinate and execute campaigns; monitor and report on the performance; collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to gather information and craft accurate, compelling stories, while keeping counterparts informed.
Create engaging, value-added content for various platforms including, emails, newsletters, press releases, websites, social media, etc. Shepherd the creative process with a focus on quality execution.
Manage the Client Success organization’s digital channels, including both internal and external sites, ensuring content is on brand, up to date, and compliant. Schedule and organize the creation, approval, activation, and decommissioning of content, etc. Consistently monitor the functionality and performance of channels and modify as needed for optimization.
Assist in promoting programs and activities, partnering with Program Execution Managers on logistics, and ensuring effective and timely communication to all participants (e.g., Save the Dates, Invitations, Post-program feedback).
Prepare detailed analytics and activity reports using insights to inform future decisions and tactics.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, company policies, etc. Oversee the governance of all assets within the team’s scope, ensuring they are up to date and on brand, including content / materials, websites, social posts, etc. Work closely with the Compliance Department to ensure efforts fall within expected guidelines. Stay informed of changes and ensure proper processes are followed.
Build relationships with key stakeholders, vendor partners, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of efforts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Compliance, Operations, Technology, Transitions, and Business Development.
Support broader needs of the team including administrative, special projects, database management, and client list maintenance, reporting, etc., as assigned.
Function as an owner when executing against the team’s mandates with an eye to operational excellence, while maintaining a nimble approach, and the ability to pivot when appropriate.

Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, public relations, or commensurate work experience.
Proven experience in a similar role; Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
Experience managing social media platforms and content creation.
Strong computer skills and excellent working knowledge of common software packages, social media platforms, mail platforms and database management systems.
Must possess soft skills including, but not limited to emotional intelligence, collaboration, initiative, work ethic, culture fit and accountability.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay Range :
74,625-$124,375 / yearActual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
