Job Overview :
As a key member of the LPL Product team, our group has a unique opportunity to lead the design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of LPL's Digital Transformation. Our product leaders work closely with teams across LPL to deliver technology services to millions of investors and more than 16,000 advisors across the US. The Salesforce CRM and Marketing product team is responsible for providing a technology product that supports how we bring in new business to LPL, along with how we continue to support our current LPL Advisors in order for them to help supports their clients. We play in integral part on the journey our advisors experience during their time at LPL. The successful candidate will be passionate about delivering ongoing improvements aligned to LPL's Digital Transformation and Growth roadmaps, and inject new ideas and concepts into those initiatives
Responsibilities :
Stakeholder Collaboration and Requirements : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and engineering, to understand business unit needs and drive product success.
Agile Development : Participate in (or lead as necessary) agile ceremonies to help deliver value to our internal customers; help draft user stories, acceptance criteria, and design documents as necessary.
User Experience : Gather and analyze user feedback to continuously improve product features and user satisfaction.
Training and Support : Provide training and support to internal teams and stakeholders on product functionalities and updates.
Data Analytics : Analyze Salesforce / CRM product performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Reporting : Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management; troubleshoot problems as necessary.
Compliance : Ensure all products comply with relevant regulations and standards.
Market Analysis : Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
Product Strategy : Assist in the development and implementation of product strategies that align with the company's goals and market demands.

Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
3 years of experience in product analysis, preferably within the CRM domain.
Core Competencies :
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy.
Preferences :
Experience with Salesforce or ServiceNow
Background in customer journey mapping and user experience optimization.
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
Previous experience in a SaaS environment.
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and Tableau.
Experience with direct, channel and partner sales ecosystems
Jira or other product management platforms
Pay Range :
82,300-$137,100 / yearActual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
