What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Resolution Professional position at LPL Financial?
Job Overview :
The Service Resolution Professional is responsible for assisting the manager with leading and developing the unaligned client support team. Initial team priority will be the collection of missing CIP information from the Prudential unaligned client population through mailings and outbound call campaigns. You will be responsible for motivating your team members in a manner consistent with LPL Financials values.
Responsibilities :
Provide strong, compassionate, and visible leadership which fosters positive attitudes and trust among employees and our clients; serve as back-up to the manager in his / her absence
Consult with front line associates on how to effectively respond to customer issues
Resolve escalated issues, taking ownership and ensuring the situation is completely resolved
Monitor phone queues and real time adherence to ensure associates are adhering to their assigned schedules; serve as a back up to phone queues in times of heavy volume
QC phone calls and operational tasks to ensure they are completed correctly; provide coaching where necessary
Track and report on team’s KPIs and remediation progress

Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related discipline required
Proactive collaboration and service-based responses with business partners on escalated issues
1-2 years of previous customer service experience
1-2 years of financial services experience required; investment services preferred.
Experience with all Microsoft applications, particularly, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Core Competencies :
Positive, customer-focused attitude and demeanor with desire to provide outstanding service
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, a strong work ethic, and extremely organized
Must have excellent PC and data input skills
Preferences :
Experience with LPL Systems
SIE or other FINRA licenses
Flexibility to work varying schedules and hours as needed
Pay Range :
26.39-$43.99 / hourActual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
