Sr. Analyst

Job Overview :

LPL Financial is currently seeking an experienced Sr. Analyst, Data Analytics with exceptional communication, analytical, and leadership skills. You will assist in the development of recommendations by synthesizing data from multiple sources and developing reports to drive strategic and business insights. In this position, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify solutions with a focus on operational efficiency, automation opportunities, product improvement, and improvement of advisor experience via action-oriented intelligence.

Responsibilities :

• Create and manage Tableau dashboards and data flows
• Partner with internal customers to align analytical approaches with business requirements.

Apply creativity and initiative to create new and improve existing solutions to achieve these requirements and answer business questions

Requirements :

3 years of experience in Data & Business analytics

1 years of experience in Tableau

Core Competencies :

Expertise with Tableau

Expertise with data mining and analysis tools such as SQL, Alteryx, Python, and R

Proficient with database concepts and able to write queries from scratch

Trusted to work independently with stakeholders at all levels; able to execute projects and tasks with minimal guidance and supervision

Excellent oral and written communication skills; able to communicate information to senior executives for assisting them in making decisions

Model servant leadership for the team

Experience in a fast moving, entrepreneurial environment; handles pressure well
