The Senior Analyst, Liquidity & Succession- Integrations will be part of an innovative, entrepreneurial, high-performing team. They will work closely with the Corporate Development and Business Strategy teams to provide an exemplary experience to advisors seeking to guide their businesses through the next evolution. As part of the Liquidity & Succession offering, LPL seeks to offer an opportunity for advisors to monetize the valuable businesses they have built without disrupting the service they provide to clients today. The Integrations Sr. Analyst will support the AVP Project lead and must be able to engage in strategic and operational discussions with our cross-functional business partners.

Responsibilities :
Build strong relationships and collaborate with internal business partners to strategize and develop innovative solutions for an industry-leading advisor experience.
Support the L&S projects by ensuring the integration of the advisor’s business is seamless and prepares them to thrive in their new business environment
Partner with the Integrations AVP to provide end-to-end advisor integration experience of this new model from the ground up by serving as lead point-of-contact through each phase of the M&A process – from due diligence through to the ultimate closing of the transaction
Support the relationship and provide assistance to the AVP in order to help them integrate the advisors existing business into LPL’s platform seamlessly
Execute multiple client engagements simultaneously and multi-task in a fast paced environment
Identify opportunities and create solutions to expedite and improve the process
Promote efficient workflows and practice management resources
Understand, utilize, and stay current with our technology, industry best practices, financial markets, the regulatory environment, and the competitive landscape
Develop and maintain essential relationships across business units

Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business management, accounting or other business-related field.
2 years of relevant industry experience.
Experience in Financial Services or wealth management.
Strong quantitative and qualitative skills, ability to problem solve and exercise sound independent judgment.
Strong working knowledge of Excel to review and develop financial models.

M&A project experience preferred
Strong analytical and reporting skills, written and oral communications skills, as well as time management and organizational skills
Project management certifications, Series 7, compliance, sales, and relationship management experience preferred
Pay Range :
69,975-$116,625 / yearActual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
