As a Social Media Content Creator, your creativity will help us showcase how LPL empowers advisors and institutions, demonstrate our innovative capabilities, and connect with our community in meaningful ways. We're looking for a digital storyteller who can help us show what a modern wealth management firm looks like.
This role reports to the Assistant Vice President of Social Media and offers the opportunity to work with a forward-thinking team that values fresh ideas and creative excellence.
Responsibilities :
- Content Creation : Ideates and creates scroll-stopping social media content (visual video, text) that turns followers into advocates across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Community Management : Build a vibrant community by engaging with our audience, responding to comments and messages, and nurturing relationships with brand advocates.
- Trend and Competitor Analysis : Keep us ahead of the curve by tracking competitors, best-in-class brands, and cultural trends, then turning these insights into engaging content.
- Analytics & Reporting : Collaborate with Analytics team to understand content performance and optimize engagement and reach.
- Campaign Support : Partner with cross-functional teams as their go-to social expert, supporting marketing initiatives and campaign development.

Pay Range : $76,100.00 - $126,800.00 Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
