Job Overview :
This is a unique opportunity to impact and build a brand new innovative product within LPL to monitor and visualize massive amounts of complex data flows and intelligently detect and alert on anomalies. This exciting product is at the center of the modern data platforms at LPL.
Responsibilities :
Lead a scrum team and collaborate to design and build new ways to monitor, visualize and manage data flows.
Be a team leader, helping teach and mentor new or junior members of the team.
Own the technical design and ongoing support for our data monitoring system.
Bring new ideas and help innovate on the suite of products to drive adoption and deliver best-in-class user experiences.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand their specific capabilities and needs and be able to think strategically on how to incorporate new capabilities into the system without creating one-off solutions.
Operate with ambiguity and navigate requirements that aren’t always clearly defined

Requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
10 years of experience with React and JavaScript
10 years of experience with Python
10 years of professional experience in designing and building full stack applications, preferably on AWS
10 years’ experience with AWS serverless application architecture and NoSQL (Lambda, DynamoDB, etc.)
Preferences :
5 years experience leading technical teams
10 years experience building and integrating to REST APIs
10 years experience with DevOps and continuous integration
Experience with Snowflake, AWS, and data pipeline technologies
Pay Range :
170,800.00 - $284,600.00Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
