Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Client Success Engagement Strategy & Delivery. This role serves as strategic support for the company’s Managing Director of Client Success, supporting his engagements, including speaking opportunities, employee town halls, client presentations, social media presence, podcast development, client events and many other activities. This role is also responsible for guiding the department in its ability to amplify its client impact and connection.

By overseeing Engagement Strategy & Delivery, this role drives forward the messaging and impact we have across both our employee and client organizations. This role will help launch and pilot new messaging forums, such as the development and creation of a podcast to be hosted by the Managing Director of Client Success. Additionally, this role will play a pivotal part in ensuring the success of readiness for all client facing engagements.

The individual in this role thrives in highly collaborative, fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate is an effective communicator in both written and verbal messages, a solid thought partner, strategic thinker, and operator in driving forward the delivery of our priorities. The right candidate for this role will have the ability to learn and be comfortable spending time with executives and understanding their priorities and viewpoints to incorporate into our messaging and our engagements.

This role reports to our SVP, Chief of Staff for Client Success, and will collaborate closely with the leadership team across the organization as well as with colleagues across marketing and communications. The role helps enable the strategic messaging across the department and the firm. Additionally, the role will support driving forward key department initiatives, the creation of executive presentations, and executive client engagement preparation.

Responsibilities :

Develop and drive forward thoughtful communication plans for the Client Success Organization that are tied to company strategy and goals.

Advance executive communication strategies for Client Success leaders, and develop programming including town halls, newsletters, scripts, social media, podcasts, speeches and talking points, surveys, and other communications.

Provide strategic counsel and review of executive-level presentations, ensuring senior leaders are prepared to deliver impactful messages to stakeholders including employees, clients, executives, and the board of directors.

Develop a plan and lead ongoing efforts to amplify the Client Success Managing Director’s personal and professional brand and voice.

Contribute to efforts to improve the overall efficiency of communications execution, including channel management, touchpoints, process improvements, policy updates, and communications planning approach.

Contribute to communication strategies to keep client-facing teams informed and prepared to respond to our clients, with a special focus on crisis communications, change management, and reactive communications.

Work cross-functionally with other business units (technology, product, corporate communications, service, compliance, human capital, legal, operations, and others as needed) to maintain a pulse on firm priorities.

Develop and drive forward thoughtful client engagement readiness plans for the Client Success Organization that are tied to company strategy and goals.

Support the execution of executive preparation for conferences and events to support and amplify client impact.

Partner closely with our conferences team to plan, prepare and execute on all event readiness for Client Success.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Communication, English, Journalism, or related field preferred).

Minimum of 8 to 10 years’ experience focused on communication, including audio / visual; financial services industry experience is a plus.

Demonstrated ability to understand and write in others’ voices.

Detail-oriented with exceptional project management and organizational skills.

Excellent presentation development (PowerPoint) and storytelling skills.

Expert-level proficiency with the Microsoft Office product suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word required).

Preferences :

Highly effective writer and creator of executive presentations.

Respected for building and driving forward compelling communication strategies.

Pay Range :

138,800.00 - $231,400.00Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location. Additionally, LPL Total Rewards package is highly competitive, designed to support your success at work, at home, and at play – such as 401K matching, health benefits, employee stock options, paid time off, volunteer time off, and more. Salary : $138,800 - $231,400
