Job Overview :
The VP of Product Management will be responsible for defining the product strategy and vision for a wide range of products across LPL’s account opening and maintenance platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience working at both a financial services organization as well as a consulting / strategy firm where you led engagements focused on developing new product ideas or optimizing existing products. You will lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies and launch plans for new and existing products, while also ensuring long-term value creation for the business.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the product strategy and planning process for products and initiatives within LPL’s account lifecycle management platforms.
- Develop detailed business cases for new products, and make recommendations to senior leadership regarding prioritization and resource allocation.
- Partner with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, operations, compliance, risk, finance, and technology to define requirements and ensure successful execution of product initiatives.
- Work closely with product owners and agile delivery teams to plan and execute sprints and releases.
- Conduct competitive research and analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
- Gather feedback from advisors and end users to inform product roadmaps and help shape future product enhancements.
- Provide subject matter expertise and thought leadership on industry trends and emerging technologies related to financial services and wealth management.
- Stay abreast of regulatory changes and evolving compliance considerations impacting financial services and wealth management, and incorporate implications into product strategy and planning.

Pay Range : $132,000.00 - $220,000.00 Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
