The candidate will be guiding a high velocity, multi functional development teams focused on green-field technology platforms in the Practice configuration and compensation spaces.Responsibilities : Daily coaching and mentorship of direct reports regarding career development and engagement.Oversee and participate in activities which drive the design and development of high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systemsDevelop positive relationships with business partners to understand their needs, manage expectations, deliver value-add solutions and support translation of problem statements into system requirements.Assess opportunities for application and process improvements and show success through KPIs.Full application life-cycle coordination and management of deliverables in alignment with best practices and organizational compliance goalsCollaborate with other shared services teams (technical and non-technical) to ensure solutions and platforms are both functional and sustainable.Use customer and business feedback to inform roadmaps and non-functional goals.What are we looking for?We want strong collaboratorswho can deliver a world-class client experience.
