Job Overview :
We are hiring a Vice President II, Identity and Access Management (IAM) to join our Information Security department. The VP II Identity and Access Management (IAM) is both a business and technical leader responsible for Enterprise IAM operations, metrics, and supporting the implementation of new IAM capabilities up to and including preparing for operational support of new processes and technical capabilities as they transition to production. This leader will engage with many teams across LPL to implement best-in-class identity solutions that secure, improve, and enrich our employee, advisor, and investor experience
Responsibilities :
Lead the Enterprise & Customer IAM vision, roadmap, and execution
Oversee IAM Operations management, governance, critical metrics, and technical teams to ensure alignment with strategy and vision to ensure compliance with IAM standards whilst enabling business and technology partners
Ensure IAM solutions are meeting security and business objectives and outcomes by establishing metrics & key performance indicators (KPIs)
Continuously improve and innovate our IAM capabilities to drive value, enhance our employee or customer experience, and secure our digital assets by providing insights to the engineering teams.
Led the team through IAM governance, policies, and solutions across SSO, directory, certificate, multi-factor authentication (MFA), privileged accounts, identity governance, and administration.
Supervise routine access reviews that align with business unit requirements for certification and re-certification.
Work in tandem with security leadership for annual strategic technology and budgetary directives.
Liaison with auditors both internal and external to maintain and implement controls for compliance, security, and privacy laws.
Lead cross-functional execution to drive initiatives to completion

Requirements :
Minimum of 15 years of related experience, including at least 5 years of leadership experience related to cybersecurity
Minimum of 10 years in Identity and Access Management technologies, processes, and capabilities
Highly technical and analytical, with a proven deep background in IAM technology design, implementation, and delivery.
Technical Competencies :
Experience in IAM solutions both on-premises and in the cloud.
Extensive knowledge of SSO, MFA, Active Directory (AD), public key infrastructure (PKI), privileged accounts, and integration application program interface (API) capabilities.
Experience administering IAM systems, access controls, security, and risk management, as well as a security governance framework at scale.
Experience and understanding of various regulatory requirements and laws such as, but not limited to, Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC), Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), and Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA). Additionally, experience in one or more of the following is required : ITIL or NIST.
CISSP, CCSP, CISM, or other cybersecurity certificates are preferred.
Pay Range :
151,400.00 - $252,300.00Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
