Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our growth focused team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operational processes, supporting Financial Advisor(s) and the COO, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our organization. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. There is a lot of opportunity to grow on this team and this role is a great way to learn all facets of the financial services and advising industry, while getting licensed and deciding your future trajectory within the Practice. Commitment to complete FINRA and NH Insurance licensing is required for this position.
Duties
- Assist in the daily operations of the organization by coordinating and completing tasks assigned to you by your designated Financial Advisor(s).
- Manage schedule, by booking, rescheduling, or confirming future meetings.
- Assist with client service by providing a top-tier client experience every time.
- Collaborate with team members across departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to operations, and in regard to clients, as required by industry regulations.
- Provide support in preparing reports and presentations for management.
- Assist COO and operations team in development and documentation of proven processes.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance operational knowledge and skills.
- Address any operational issues promptly and effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to workflow.
Experience
- Previous experience in an operations or administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Aptitude for, and experience with, learning proprietary software tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
