Tired of working long days, nights, and weekends. Award-winning Contract Food Service Company is looking to add to our team of Culinary Professionals. Qualified individuals must have strong communication and organizational skills. Must have a track record as an enthusiastic, and responsible professional to lead their exceptional teams in managing the operations of the account.
Chef Manager Candidates must also be highly energetic and professional with a passion for food quality, hospitality, and financial accountability.
A culinary background is a positive especially in previous corporate dining roles. Experienced food service managers are also encouraged to apply. Our portfolio of locations encompasses limit service locations to full culinary service operations. Responsibilities will include overseeing service; interviewing, hiring, and training of the staff; payroll management; marketing and special catering events; resolving guest issues; setting goals; developing plans, managing all day-to-day operations of the account in the absence of the chef or general manager. P&L reconciliation, inventory control, and strong hands-on POS experience are a must.
This is a full-time, guest/client contact position.

Food Manager and Allergen certified! CPR or Choke Saver Certification a plus but company will pay for certification if not already certified.
Support managers will be compensated for travel.
