Position Overview :
We’re growing our team and looking for a driven and experienced Associate Director of Admissions & Outreach . This role is responsible for expanding Léman’s reach into new areas to attract and enroll mission-appropriate families. You will be a critical member of the Admissions team and support the day to day operations of the office, liaise with prospective students and parents, and plan and execute admissions events and communications. This position reports to the Head of Communications & Enrollment Management and is part of an eight person admissions and marketing team. This is a full time in-school, 12 month position.
Key Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To :
Admissions Growth
- Generate interest from prospective families and lead them through the admissions process.
- Manage and grow pipeline of families to meet enrollment goals.
- Conduct interviews and assessments, issue strategic communications to prospective families, give campus tours, and differentiate Léman from other NYC independent schools.
- Work closely with marketing team to create communications that highlight Léman’s program and community.
