Entry-Level Opportunities Available:
We provide the necessary training and tools to set you up for success. Our team will guide you every step of the way. Ideal candidates will be comfortable using technology such as iPads, laptops, and communication apps for data entry and operational tasks.
Shifts, Pay, and Travel Requirements:
All positions start at $14/hr.
Shifts are 12-hours, Day Shifts 5a-5p or 6a-6p. Night Shifts 5p-5a or 6p-6a.
Security Officer Position:
Start at $14/hr
Collect all proper ID/Safety Card from anyone wishing to enter location.
Collect and enter information into iPad/laptop
Report any/all emergencies/violations/incidents etc.
Work any of the operations we have available (FRAC, DRILL, Compression Stations, etc.).
Perform CPR/First aid, if needed, for a location/emergency.
Traffic Control Post:
$14 per hr plus $24 per shift for Fuel/vehicle upkeep
You will be the eyes and ears in the field to provide safe passage of all visitors inbound and outbound
Use a CB Radio to communicate with well-traffic and fellow coworkers to ensure all well-traffic follow the designated traffic control plan to ensure max safety for all
Traffic Control-STAGING ATTENDANT:
Start at $14hr
You will be required to perform the duties listed, but are not limited to, just these functions: This position is an "Attention to Detail" persons dream job.
Collect all proper ID/Safety Card from anyone entering a staging location and must be able to enter all information properly into an iPad/Laptop. Report any/all emergencies/violations/incidents etc.
May be required by employee to wake drivers up at staging location to form the line for dispatch to send to pad/location.
Use CB Radio to communicate with traffic and fellow coworkers on other posts to ensure safe passage for all.
Monitor the vehicles parked on location; Suspicious/broken down etc.
Perform CPR/First aid, if needed, for a location/emergency.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must be 18 yrs. Old
- Driver's License; must have your own reliable vehicle with valid insurance and registration.
- Have a working smart phone- for apps & Technology/Data Entry
- Can work in a fast-paced environment & GREAT attention to detail
- Must be able to pass a drug screening.
- Work in all weather conditions: Winter, Summer, Spring and Fall.
- Certain Felonies and certain misdemeanors may disqualify you from a position; LPS Carries a Private Investigator license, the law limits us from proceeding with certain infractions.
- In the oil & gas industry, we cannot control when/where the job locations will move. It is a company requirement that you must be able to travel up to 1.5hrs NO FURTHER THAN 2hrs If you're traveling 1.5-2 hrs we can discuss possible travel incentives during the hiring process.
Salary : $14 - $24
