Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Car Detailer. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality car detailing services to ensure vehicles are clean, polished, and well-maintained. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars and an eye for detail, along with strong customer service skills to enhance the overall experience for our clients.
Duties
- Perform thorough car washes, including exterior washing, waxing, and buffing to achieve a high-gloss finish.
- Conduct interior cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, shampooing carpets, and cleaning upholstery.
- Detail all surfaces of the vehicle including dashboards, consoles, and door panels to ensure cleanliness.
- Inspect vehicles for any damages or issues that may require attention and report findings to management.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with detailing services.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing workspace and equipment.
- Efficiency is key to accomplish these duties and turn out 2-3 vehicles per day on average.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in car wash or custodial work is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Knowledge of detailing techniques including buffing and cleaning methods is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required for moving vehicles as needed.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn new skills related to car detailing and maintenance.
