Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our clients while managing the need to collect on accounts, provide solutions to past due accounts and work with management to achieve a high percentage of accounts paying on time. In addition, the candidate will also ensure new customers fully understand the terms of the financing for which they have been approved. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a solid understanding of financial concepts, ensuring that customer needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding accounts receivable, and financial concepts with professionalism and accuracy.
- Conduct account analysis to resolve discrepancies and provide detailed explanations to customers.
- Utilize dealer management software to manage customer accounts and ensure accurate billing processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve service delivery.
- Provide support in revenue cycle management by ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding accounts.
- Document all interactions with customers in accordance with company policies for quality assurance.
Qualifications
- Strong background in customer service with a focus on the financial sectors preferred.
- Proficiency in math skills for accurate account analysis and billing tasks.
- Experience in revenue cycle management and accounts receivable functions is a plus.
- Proficient in using computer software programs
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
