Job Description:
LR Management is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented cleaner to join our team full-time. As a cleaner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our apartment communities are clean and well maintained.
Responsibilities
- Clean common areas of the apartment building including hallways, stairwells, lobbies, elevators, and laundry rooms
- Sweep and mop throughout the building including the club house
- Assist with move-in/ move outs cleaning as needed
- Clean vacant units
- Clean window, doors, and glass surface
- Empty trash bins in common areas
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to property manager
Requirements
- Previous cleaning or janitorial experience
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to life up to 25 lbs.
- Great communication Skills
- Reliable and punctual
