The Breakfast Sous Chef is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the breakfast kitchen operations at Palm House. The Breakfast Sous Chef works closely with the Executive Chef to ensure smooth daily operations while adhering to health and safety standards. The Breakfast Sous Chef will ensure that every guest has an exceptional breakfast experience at Palm House.
Key Responsibilities :
Team Supervision and Leadership :
Assist in leading and managing the breakfast kitchen team, including cooks, prep staff, and other kitchen personnel.
- Provide guidance and training to kitchen staff, ensuring they meet culinary standards and food safety regulations.
- Foster a positive and efficient work environment, encouraging teamwork and maintaining morale.

Inventory Management :

Quality Control and Guest Satisfaction :
