Key Responsibilities:

Guest Room Cleaning:
- Respond promptly to guest and departmental requests.
- Fill the housekeeping cart with necessary supplies and transport it to the assigned area.
- Enter guest rooms following procedures for ensuring vacancy and safety.
- Replace guest amenities, towels, and linens with clean items.
- Make beds and fold towels.
- Clean bathrooms, remove trash, dirty linens, and room service items.
- Check that all appliances are in the room and functioning properly.
- Dust, polish, and remove marks from walls, furnishings, and appliances.
- Vacuum carpets and perform floor care duties in guest rooms and hallways.

Health and Safety Compliance:
- Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures, reporting maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries.
- Complete safety training and certifications.
- Properly store cleaning supplies, particularly flammable materials.

Guest Interaction:
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean, professional, and aligned with company standards.
- Maintain confidentiality of guest information.

- Pushing and pulling loaded housekeeping carts and equipment across sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
- Ability to reach overhead, bend, twist, and stoop to complete cleaning tasks.
- Ability to move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces (e.g., staircases, service ramps).
- Ability to grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills.
- Standing, sitting, kneeling, or walking for extended periods during work shifts.
