Position Overview :
The Housekeeping Lobby Attendant ensures that the lobby and common areas are clean, organized, and welcoming to all guests. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities :
- Clean and maintain the lobby, entrances, restrooms, and other common areas.
- Ensure all areas are presentable and welcoming to guests.
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
- Replenish supplies in common areas (e.g., tissues, hand sanitizers, etc.).
- Assist with any guest inquiries or requests in a polite and professional manner.
- Maintain and organize cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
