Key Responsibilities:
- Cocktail Creation: Develop unique and seasonal cocktail recipes using fresh ingredients, high-quality spirits, and innovative techniques.
- Drink Preparation: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring consistency and presentation meet the bar's high standards.
- Customer Interaction: Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, offering recommendations and sharing knowledge about the drink menu.
- Menu Design: Collaborate with the bar and restaurant management to create and update drink menus, considering current trends and customer preferences.
- Bar Maintenance: Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked, maintaining high levels of hygiene and safety.
- Inventory Management: Track and manage bar inventory, including ordering supplies, restocking ingredients, and controlling waste.
- Training and Development: Assist in training junior staff on cocktail preparation, bartending techniques, and bar etiquette.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including serving alcohol responsibly and checking IDs as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a high-end or fast-paced environment.
- Excellent knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and cocktail-making techniques.
- Creativity and passion for crafting innovative beverages.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations with grace.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

- Certification in responsible alcohol service.
Work Environment:

Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors. Participates in the development and implementation of corrective action plans. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
