Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning :
Develop and execute business development strategies for new market opportunities
Analyze industry trends and competitor activities
Client Management :
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Conduct regular meetings and presentations
Communicate fluently in Japanese and English
Proposal Development :
Lead preparation of client proposals and pitches
Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling presentations
Team Leadership :
Mentor and supervise Business Development team members
Set and track team goals and KPIs
Reporting and Analysis :
Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities

Requirements
10 years of experience in business development, marketing, or related fields
