What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Custodial-Full Time position at LRAssociates?
LR Associates, LLC is a Veteran owned federal government contractor providing facilities management and other services to various government customers. We support our customers with highly skilled personnel and provide customized solutions to accomplish the mission.
We are seeking a Full Time Custodial Worker-- weekdays only (Monday thru Friday) to work 40 hrs/weekend in high end Government office buildings. Must have minimum of 1 year of Custodial experience.
We are looking for highly motivated individuals who have experience in janitorial work. All positions are part-time and will be doing regular cleaning as well as cleaning the libraries.
Responsibilities:
- Clean designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, pull trash etc.)
- Clean Locker Rooms and Showers
- Carry out all assigned cleaning tasks and special projects
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies
- Stock, maintain and resupply Restrooms
- Cooperate with the rest of the staff
- Must follow all health and safety regulations requirements
