Department Name : HEMATOLOGY ONCOLOGY
The Division of Hematology / Oncology at Loyola University Chicago, Stritch School of Medicine and the Cardinal Bernardin Cancer Center seeks a fellowship trained; board certified / board eligible Medical Oncologist. The ideal candidate will have a professional interest and training in the treatment of adult GI and hepatic cancers and demonstrate the ability to conduct clinical research associated with these diseases.
Responsibilities include :
- Inpatient and outpatient care at Loyola University Medical Center
- Active participation in our weekly Multidisciplinary GI clinics
- Participation in clinical and translational research associated with GI and hepatic cancers
- Contributing to a robust menu of clinical treatment options including dendritic cellular therapy trials for patients
- Teaching responsibilities will include fellows, residents and medical students as assigned
