What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Relationship Manager position at LRS Brand?
What will I do:
The Client Relationship Manager develops, negotiates, and implements partnerships with clients in which we place health care professionals across the nation. The Client Relationship Manager uncovers new business opportunities within these clients and ensures the success of these partnerships by building relationships with their contacts and selling the value of LRS to customers. This person should be the subject matter expert of all rules and regulations within their client organizations, and within all health systems and facilities that encompass their regions. A successful Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for updating all client-related documentation for all clients within their regions and communicating all updates back to our organization. The objective of the Client Relationship Manager is to maximize LRS placement volume within our existing customers and to assist in business development to enhance our customer base.
Day in the Life:
- Building and maintaining relationships with multiple contacts across client or prospective client organizations.
- Assessing client need and delivering qualified candidates and customized solutions that are tailored to meet their expectations.
- Coordinates interviews between candidates and clients. Maintains follow-up throughout placement process to assure satisfaction for both the client and the candidate.
- Actively drives individual professional growth using industry trends and knowledge, a customer-centric attitude, and the motivation to advance expertise and achieve goals.
- Collaborates with recruiting teams, quality assurance team, billing team, payroll team, and company management to deliver top professional quality and service to our customers and partners.
- Consistently update internal LRS employees on any changes at our customers and be the “internal salesperson” to drive maximum submission volume to our customers.
- Proactively work with customers to identify areas of opportunity to increase placement volume.
- Be the face of LRS Healthcare to the clients.
- Occasionally travel to customers’ facilities.
Who Am I:
- College degree preferred. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education.
- Two or more years of experience in customer service, inbound sales or business development
- Must have excellent phone presence and presentation skills.
- Proven record of detail management.
- Must be driven, dynamic, energetic, and friendly.
- Proven track record of successful management of customer relationships preferred.
