What will I do:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with long-term care facilities, identifying their staffing needs, and providing tailored staffing solutions. This role requires a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the long-term care industry.
Day in the Life:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with long-term care facilities, understanding their staffing needs and challenges.
- Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the long-term care sector. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Consultative Selling: Provide expert advice and tailored staffing solutions to clients, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure the timely and effective placement of qualified candidates.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status. Prepare regular reports for management.
Who Am I:
- Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of sales or account management experience, preferably in the healthcare or staffing industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is desired.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Knowledge of the long-term care industry and staffing solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
