About the Job:
- We are seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team for a travel assignment.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in nuclear medicine and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- This is a 13-week contract with 40 hours per week, working 8-hour shifts, days only.
Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic procedures using radioactive materials.
- Administer medications and contrast agents as needed.
- Operate various types of medical equipment, including gamma cameras and computer systems.
- Maintain accurate records of patient information and test results.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
Requirements:
- Nuclear Medicine Technologist certification.
- Current licensure or registration in good standing.
- 2 years of experience in nuclear medicine.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
