Job Summary:
This 13-week travel occupational therapist opportunity requires a professional and compassionate individual to provide high-quality patient care. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing personalized therapy plans to help patients achieve their goals and regain independence.
Responsibilities:
- Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to identify areas of strength and weakness, and develop effective treatment plans.
- Therapy Implementation: Deliver occupational therapy services to patients in various settings, including hospitals, clinics, and rehabilitation centers.
- Documentation: Accurately document patient progress and outcomes, and maintain accurate records of treatment plans and interventions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
Requirements:
- Degree: Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Certification/License: Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OTR) in the state of practice.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a travel occupational therapist or in a similar setting.
