We are seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Raceland, Louisiana.
The successful candidate will work 40 hours per week, with an 8-hour day shift, Monday through Friday. The physical therapist will provide hands-on treatment to patients with various conditions, including musculoskeletal and neurological disorders.
Responsibilities include:
- Evaluating patients to assess their physical abilities and limitations
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals
- Conducting physical therapy sessions, which may include exercises, manual therapies, and education on proper body mechanics and injury prevention
- Documenting patient progress and communicating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient treatment and outcomes
