Job Title: Travel Nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit

Location: Prescott, Arizona

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated travel nurse to join our team as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU).

Job Summary:

This 13-week contract position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, providing high-quality patient care while gaining valuable experience and skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in the PCU setting, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive and compassionate care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information, including progress notes, medication records, and test results.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of evidence-based practice guidelines.

Requirements:

• RN licensure in the state of Arizona
• Current BLS certification
• Experience working in an acute care setting, preferably in the PCU or similar unit
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
