What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hybrid Sales Trainer position at LRS Healthcare?
What will I do :
The Hybrid Sales Trainer role will operate as both a Sales Trainer and a Medical Recruiter. It will truly be a hybrid role for someone to split their time between training new sales hires and running a desk as a Recruiter. This role will focus predominantly on in-person training sessions, with virtual training sessions offered as needed. Beyond initial onboarding, this person will proactively partner with the Talent team to identify knowledge and skill gaps through effective needs analysis and must be able to clearly articulate proposals as solutions.
Day in the Life :
Facilitation & Adult Learning Theory Application
Translate technical and complex concepts into concise and comprehensive instructions.
Utilize various educational and facilitation techniques.
Organize activities, presentations, job simulations and role-playing exercises.
Remain flexible and calm under pressure; able to adapt to changing conditions like classroom equipment failures, system outages and other unforeseen challenges with a can-do attitude.
Performance Management
Conduct skill enhancement training programs via onsite facilitation and online platforms.
Serve as a mentor, coach, and knowledge resource for our employees.
Program Management
Manage and conduct all new hire training for sales divisions, including preparation of schedule and materials with partners.
Assist with design and development of training materials including proofreading, testing of processes, research, screen capture / recording, writing instructions, etc.
Assist with continuous improvement of training functions by recommending process improvements, curriculum enhancements or new procedures.
Act as a consultant to the business, keeping up to date with processes and procedures and alerting the Talent Development team of needed changes to training materials.
Be current with industry trends.
Desk Management (Sales)
Demonstrate the ability to perform various sales roles and their skill sets effectively.
Aggressively recruit, screen, profile and place Traveling Medical Professionals (TMPs) for travel assignments at client hospitals and facilities to support achievement of targeted growth through outbound calls and outreach.
Provide excellent customer service to caregivers, primarily through phone-based recruiting and outreach.
Maintain relationships with caregivers throughout the process from initial contact through placement, with a focus on the caregiver experience and retaining the caregiver through future placements.
Consistently meet division metrics via dials, placements, profiles, etc.
Who Am I :
Bachelor's degree or appropriate sales or sales facilitation experience.
Knowledge of CRM with ability to translate system capabilities into sales performance tactics.
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
Ability to master technical and subject matter content quickly and autonomously.
Ability to work independently, adhere to deadlines, and manage own workload.
An outgoing personality that displays advanced communication between several departments, including leadership.
Strong skills for promoting collaboration between participants, partners, and teammates in meaningful and positive ways.
Must be a patient and strong coach with a consistent approach.
Skilled in delivering constructive feedback with genuine passion for the growth and development of others.
Use critical thinking skills to analyze and identify potential gaps.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, primarily Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Preferences :
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Healthcare, Business Administration, Training and Development, or other related field
High performing Sales or Sales Training experience (2 years organizationally)
Healthcare industry knowledge
Knowledge of adult learning and facilitation techniques
Coaching Certification or experience coaching employee performance
Familiar with administration of one or more learning management systems (LMS)
Other Requirements :
This role requires onsite attendance most of the time, while some aspects may be conducted remotely. This position will also require high levels of confidentiality to be always maintained.
My Team :
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
