Job Description: Our Carrier Account Executive will join our results-driven team and play a pivotal role in securing optimal carriers at competitive rates and ensuring timely delivery of our customers' goods. Success in this position hinges on your ability to cultivate and expand relationships with transportation companies, empowering them to optimize their fleet operations. This dynamic role seamlessly blends inside sales, account management, and operational prowess, all aimed at meeting and exceeding our customers' diverse shipping requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Develop new and nurture existing carrier relationships through lead generation, cold calling, and referrals.
- Build strong connections with key stakeholders at trucking companies, including owner-operators, dispatchers, and drivers.
- Utilize cutting-edge technology, like Navisphere, to make informed decisions, negotiate prices, automate processes, and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate across teams to swiftly identify and implement effective solutions for any issues that arise.
- Maintain constant contact with carriers (average 75-100 touch points/day) to secure additional truck capacity and manage existing business agreements
- Provide exceptional customer service to both carriers and customers, fostering long-lasting partnerships.
- Ensure accurate and timely management of shipment details in the system, maintaining data integrity and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Carrier Sales Experience required
- Persuasive, motivational, and influential skills to effectively negotiate with others.
- Ability to thrive under deadlines, drive results, multi-task, and work with a sense of urgency
- Thrives under deadlines, demonstrates a results-oriented mindset, excels in multitasking, and operates with a sense of urgency.
- Capable of working independently while also fostering collaboration across different departments within the company.
